User Audit Report

The User Audit Report contains a comprehensive overview of active user accounts in an organisation, including usernames, contact information, authentication types, last login dates, and user roles.

What’s included in the User Audit Report?

The following information is included in the User Audit Report

  • Username
  • Contact Name
  • Client Account (your organisation’s account)
  • Mobile Number (if there is one)
  • Authentication Type
    • Omni = log in with Username and Password, or
    • Federated = log in with Single Sign On
  • Last Active Date (when the user logged in last)
  • User Roles
  • Contact Roles

Downloading the User Audit Report

If a user has access to view user accounts, they will be able to download the User Audit Report.

In the Navigation Menu on the left side of the screen, go to Clients > User Accounts

Note: If you are unable to see this option in the Navigation Menu, this means that you do not have access.

We encourage organisations and users to follow your organisational policies and processes for downloading content that may contain personally identifiable information (PII) or other sensitive information.

Failed Login Report

This report shows when a user has attempted to login however the authentication has failed, possibly due to incorrect password.

The report includes:

  • Name
  • Client Account (your organisation’s account)
  • Username
  • Timestamp
  • Status
  • IP Address
